"When I have had six weeks off I always find it hard to come back. I found it very helpful that I could come in during the summer holidays to get more of a head start. I am still shy and nervous but as time goes on you get more and more settled. This year at Sutton & District Training I have learned a lot of knowledge about customer service and the the rights and acts the customer has. For me I want my own business one day in the future so doing this course that I have really enjoyed will help me because I will need this for the future! I would highly recommend Sutton & District Training to anyone, for the help and support you receive and what you will walk away with but not only that how you will develop as an individual. You are always listened to and your thoughts or concerns are always looked into and not ignored. This is a safe, respected and friendly environment that I looked forward to coming back to next year."
